Payments that have been completed cannot be refunded if the participant cancels the class.
If cancellation happens due to participant error (for example: wrong schedule selection), the refund amount will be 80% of the total payment.
If cancellation occurs due to management error from Tutory English, the refund will be 100% of the payment.
The refund process will take up to 5 working days after the request is approved.
Classes that have been taken are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled to another program or time by the student.
